A modern, design-led space created with creatives in mind, it combines high ceilings, ornate mouldings, and period detailing with sculptural interiors, soft tones, and natural light that shifts beautifully throughout the day. Carefully chosen furniture pieces and textured accents complement the architecture, creating a serene yet character-rich backdrop for photography and film. Ideal for brand campaigns, editorial shoots, personal projects, and content creation, the apartment provides an adaptable canvas for any creative vision.

Founded and designed by Beth Golding, The East LDN Space is led by a creative art director, stylist, and events designer with over 16 years of experience. Beth combines her expertise in photography, videography, styling, production, and event design to offer a full-service, design-led experience for brands, creatives, lifestyle projects, and intimate events.

We offer full creative support alongside studio hire, helping bring ideas to life from concept through to final assets. The studio provides both creative direction and practical support to shape strong, cohesive visual storytelling. Our services are designed to support a range of projects — from simple shoots to large scale creative productions.

Photography & Videography
Professional creative services for fashion, lifestyle, interiors, events, and branded content. Each project is approached collaboratively, ensuring the final images and videos are visually engaging, considered, and tailored to your needs.

Art Direction & Production
Full-service project management, art direction, styling, and set design. We develop concepts, create moodboards, and provide on-set direction to ensure every shoot is cohesive and aligned with your vision. Production support includes planning, logistics, sourcing props or equipment, and managing the creative process from start to finish.

Set Design & Styling
Custom set builds, backdrop styling, and access to selected textiles, decorative items, and sculptural furniture. Props and furniture can also be sourced and hired to bring your vision to life. Styling services support with fashion, set or product to promote the overall vision. 

Event Production & Flexible Space
The main studio space can be cleared for intimate events such as dining setups or brand displays, while the garden studio is ideal for meetings, small workshops, or podcast recordings. Furniture and studio layouts can be adapted to suit shoots, events, or e-commerce setups.

  • Makeup & Dressing Area – mirrors, flexible seating, and ready-to-use creative space.

Rates

Rates are inclusive of the space, amenities, and selected props, textiles, and furniture pieces.

  • 2 Hours: £195

  • 4 Hours: £405

  • 6 Hours: £620

  • 8 Hours (Full Day): £825

Weekend

  • 2 Hours: £225

  • 4 Hours: £435

  • 6 Hours: £655

  • 8 Hours (Full Day): £855

Editorial / Portfolio

  • 8 Hours (Full Day): £450

This rate applies to non-commercial projects used solely for your portfolio or editorial publications. Overtime fees and cleaning fees (if applicable) still apply.

Additional Fees

  • Overtime: 1.5x standard hourly rate (upon request)

  • Cleaning Fee: £40

Availability

 

All bookings are subject to terms and conditions, including responsibility for any damage. Additional fees will be applied for any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment during your booking.
